As promised....some USTRC Action from Laughlin, Nevada, taken on Friday, November 16, 2000
It was a bright, cold, and windy morning in Southern Nevada. With that Laughlin wind coming off the Colorado River, ropers, especially the heelers, had plenty to think about.
